Shipping availability depends on the product, supplier, and delivery address. Available shipping options are determined at checkout. A product may not be available for delivery to every destination.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, the supplier’s available shipping services, and your delivery address.

Any available free-shipping offer will be reflected at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping is not guaranteed for every product or order.

Order processing and delivery

Our products are fulfilled by supplier partners. Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier, destination, and shipping service.

Please review any processing or delivery estimates provided on the product page or at checkout before placing your order. Transit time is the time a package spends in shipment and may not include the supplier’s processing time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. If we learn of a material delay affecting your order, we will contact you with the available information and options.

Separate shipments

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Shipping charges may include charges for multiple shipments, as shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided with your shipping confirmation. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to request a correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Delivery problems

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
